This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the geo38 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any services provided by geo38 for users in Malaysia.

By accessing, registering for, or using the geo38 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the geo38 platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and geo38 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. geo38 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice provided through the platform.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any geo38 services. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of this type of platform.

All financial transactions on the geo38 platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees apply, as the platform operates entirely in MYR for the convenience of Malaysian users.
The minimum deposit is RM 10 across all supported payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. geo38 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party banking systems.
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the user's name only. Processing time is one to three business days following approval of the request. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is permitted. geo38 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for compliance purposes prior to approving high-value withdrawals.
All bonuses and promotions, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to rollover requirements and usage periods as specified separately. Violation of bonus terms — including the creation of multiple accounts — may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure without compensation.
Geo38 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, geo38 is not liable for:

Where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, geo38 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any balance confirmed to be clean will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
All content on the geo38 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of geo38 or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from geo38.
The geo38 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience, and geo38 does not endorse, take responsibility for, or make any representations regarding the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. You access any third-party website at your own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the geo38 platform shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Geo38 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless stated otherwise.
